How can I pay for my shopping?  I can accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Please contact me directly if you wish to purchase items and pay by Direct Debit – Veronica@FisforFrankie.com or +612 8004 9287.

When will my shopping be sent? Once payment has been processed and cleared, your order will be shipped to you.

What happens if my purchases are damaged or faulty? All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. However if you recieve any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact me within 5 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund – info@FisforFrankie.com or +612 8004 9287.
